Full Journal pdf2010-04-17 House Journal Page 2450 HB 6 Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 2429) on the following: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 6(JUD) am "An Act relating to proscribing certain sexual conduct or sexual activities as cruelty to animals." 2010-04-17 House Journal Page 2451 and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 6(JUD) "An Act relating to cruelty to animals; and relating to aggravating factors at sentencing involving assaultive behavior and cruelty to animals." (SCR 15 - title change resolution) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Johansen moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 6(JUD) am, thus adopting SCS CSHB 6(JUD), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 6(JUD) am?"
